1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by RoofIQ Tech ("RoofIQ", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of our platform, including businesses, contractors, and individuals who access our property intelligence data and analytics services.

2. Description of Services

RoofIQ provides B2B property analytics services to home improvement service providers, including:

• Territory analysis and property qualification reports
• Address data for properties suitable for home improvement services
• Route optimisation for field sales teams
• Property-level analytics derived from public data sources

We provide qualified property data only. We do not provide personal contact information (phone numbers, email addresses) of property occupants.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for:

• Legitimate business purposes related to home improvement services
• Lawful marketing and sales activities
• Purposes consistent with UK data protection laws

You agree NOT to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our data without written permission
• Use our data for unlawful purposes or harassment
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our analytical methods
• Scrape, copy, or bulk extract data from our platform
• Misrepresent the source or nature of the data
• Use the data in ways that violate GDPR or UK data protection laws

4. Data Accuracy and Limitations

Our data is derived from public sources including government registries and satellite imagery. While we strive for accuracy:

• Data reflects the most recent available public records, which may not be current
• Property characteristics may have changed since the last assessment
• Satellite imagery analysis provides estimates, not guarantees
• Ownership and occupancy status should be verified at point of contact

Our analytics are decision-support tools. Final qualification decisions remain your responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

Our analytical methods, scoring algorithms, and platform software are proprietary. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the output data for your internal business purposes only.

Source data from government bodies is used under applicable open data licences and Crown Copyright terms.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Standard terms include:

• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided only where we have materially failed to deliver agreed services

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profit damages
• We do not guarantee any specific conversion rates or business outcomes

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other matters which cannot legally be excluded.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately if you breach these terms or use our services unlawfully.

Upon termination, you must cease using our data and delete any copies in your possession, unless retention is required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to active clients. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
